Rhea Allen Lmsw

Rhea Allen, LMSW, currently serves as the College Success Coordinator at Graham Windham since May 2019, where responsibilities include assisting over 35 youth in post-secondary education planning, collaborating with guidance counselors, managing events, and tracking academic progress. Previously, Rhea held the role of SLAM Coach, providing individualized support to youth aged 16 to 24 in educational and vocational goals. Rhea's experience also includes internships focused on counseling, social work, and research in childhood development and psycho-oncology. Rhea holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
