Lara Bagby

Lara Bagby is an experienced medical professional with a strong background in genetic counseling and medical affairs. Currently serving as Field Medical Director and previously as Associate Director of MSLs at GRAIL, Lara Bagby has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in clinical support. Prior to GRAIL, Lara Bagby held the position of Associate Director of Medical Affairs at Progenity, Inc., where responsibilities included leading a team of medical science liaisons and developing key strategies for women's health publications, as well as executing medical advisory boards in the maternal-fetal medicine field. Earlier in the career, Lara Bagby worked at the University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Genetic Counselor, coordinating the reproductive genetics clinic and providing support to obstetrical providers, and began the career at Detroit Medical Center. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
