Vincent Chung

Vincent Chung has a long history of work experience in the software engineering field. Vincent began their career in 2014 as a Software Engineering Intern at Caltrans, where they designed and implemented features for the Rockfall Analysis program. In 2015, they joined Cisco as a Software Engineer, where they refactored and baselined legacy codebases, wrote Ansible playbooks to automate deployments, and wrote ETL modules in Python/PySpark. In 2017, they joined Shippo as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led a team of five to revamp the existing batch label flow, designed and implemented an overall batch orchestration service in Go, and created new REST APIs in Go. Finally, in 2019, they joined Grailed as an Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer.

Vincent Chung attended the University of California, Davis from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
