Mike Glennon is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the spirits and beverage industry. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer at Grain & Barrel Spirits since February 2023, Mike focuses on driving profitable growth and enhancing brand momentum. Previously, Mike held leadership positions including Vice President of Sales at Western Spirits Beverage Company, National Sales Director at Atomic Brands, and VP of Commercial Strategy at Sidney Frank Importing Company, Inc. Noteworthy achievements include leading the sales efforts for Monaco Cocktails and developing strategic initiatives for brand and margin growth across various distribution channels. Mike's career began in social media marketing with the founding of Social Media Beast, followed by impactful roles at Beam Global Spirits & Wine. Educationally, Mike possesses a BA in Political Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and has furthered executive education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and The Wharton School.
