Chad Crank

Chad Crank is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the private equity sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Grain Management, LLC since December 2017, where involvement includes participation on the Investment Committee. Prior to this role, Crank held the position of Managing Director and Head of TMT Investment Banking at Stephens Inc. from April 2004 to June 2016, successfully closing over 50 M&A deals valued at over $100 billion, including landmark transactions in the telecommunications industry. Previous experience also includes roles at Alltel in Corporate Strategy and service as a Company Commander in the US Army. Educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and multiple advanced degrees from Harvard University and Northwestern University in disciplines including Public Administration, Business Administration, and Engineering Management.
