Ms. De Little is the Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the firm. Additionally, Ms. de Little and her team lead the firm’s ESG initiatives.

Prior to Grain, Ms. de Little was the Chief Compliance Officer for Cartica Management, LLC, an emerging market, ESG-focused, private fund manager. Previously, she was Corporate Counsel at Charles Schwab and Co., Inc. and Corporate Counsel at Partner Fund Management, LP.
