Derek S.

Derek S. is an experienced professional in the food science and technology sector, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Grain Processing Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Derek held the role of Chef at Antonios, Antoinettes, and Amore from November 2022 to February 2023 and contributed as a Student Athlete and Research Assistant at Iowa State University from June 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing surveys and conducting consumer sensory panels.
