Barbara Soto is an experienced professional in member and program management, currently serving as the Senior Member Experience Manager at Grameen America, Inc. since April 2021, where Barbara delivers educational programs to empower over 80,000 low-income entrepreneurial women. Previously, Barbara worked as a Program Manager at Grameen PrimaCare, leading a team to provide health education and resources for 2,000 women. Barbara has held various management roles in healthcare settings, including positions as Clinical Team Manager at Iora Health, Practice Manager at Manhattan Specialty Care, and Office Manager at Mount Sinai West. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College, Barbara has developed key skills in operational efficiency, patient care, and partnership development across multiple organizations.
