Faisal Mobarak

Faisal Mobarak has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Faisal worked at Grameenphone Ltd as the Head of Internet Services & Security, where they were responsible for developing strategies and plans for various internet services. Faisal also managed cloud infrastructure and internet planning. Prior to this, Faisal served as a Senior Lead Engineer and Lead Engineer in Network Planning at Grameenphone Ltd.

Before joining Grameenphone, Faisal worked at Ollo Wireless Internet as an Asst. General Manager, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the company's core and access network. Faisal was also responsible for defining the vision and strategy for network evolution. In addition, Faisal worked at Qubee Bangladesh as a Team Lead for Network Operations, where they provided leadership and technical supervision for the WiMAX team.

Faisal's earlier experience includes working at Warid Telecom International Ltd as a Senior Engineer in IT Infrastructure & Services, where they managed and maintained the corporate IP backbone network. Faisal also worked at Agni Systems Limited as a Network Administrator, responsible for managing the network and planning expansion.

Faisal Mobarak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Dhaka, completed between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, also from the University of Dhaka, from 2000 to 2006. Faisal completed their higher secondary education (HSC) in Science at Notre Dame College from 1997 to 1999. Faisal completed their secondary education (SSC) in Science at Govt. Laboratory High School, Rajshahi from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have certifications in various fields such as cyber security, enterprise infrastructure security, cloud computing, project management, and networking from reputable institutions like CrossKnowledge, Coursera, Lynda.com, EXIN, Juniper Networks, Sun Microsystems, and Cisco.
