Don Kromm

Don Kromm is an experienced automotive professional with a robust background in trim engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Trim Engineer at Grammer Industries since January 2015. Prior to this role, Don Kromm held various positions at Faurecia Automotive Seating, including Manager of Trim Engineering and Sr. Trim Engineer, where key contributions included the design and development of trim covers for the Pontiac G6. Don Kromm's career began at Irvin Automotive, progressing from Trim Engineer to Seat Trim Group Leader, and included hands-on experience in pattern development, project management, and customer negotiations. Earlier in the career at RCO Engineering, Don Kromm held multiple roles focused on production foam repair, model making, and seat design for major automotive clients such as GM, Ford, and Chrysler. Educationally, Don Kromm attended Macomb Community College and graduated from Grosse Pointe North High School.
