Aneta Listwan is an experienced industrial engineer and project manager with a robust background in manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Currently employed at Grammer AG since September 2019, Aneta has held various roles including Industrial Engineer and Launch Project Manager. Previous positions include REFA Trainerin at REFA Wielkopolska, where Aneta conducted training on work studies and process improvement techniques, as well as industrial engineering roles at prominent companies such as Volkswagen and Electrolux.
