Nicole Austin currently serves as the Administrative Director of the Independent Study Program at Granada Hills Charter since August 2016, also holding the title of Department Chair/Education Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Program Specialist at Inglewood Unified School District from August 2010 to August 2016 and as a Substitute Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District from March 2006 to July 2010. Nicole Austin is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration at California State University, Los Angeles, expected to complete in June 2025. Additionally, previous academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills, a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mount Saint Mary's University.
