Roxanne Hoover

Roxanne Hoover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at Granby Ranch since August 2022 and as Human Resources Director at Ridgeline Executive Group, Inc since September 2020, Roxanne has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at GRANBY RANCH AMENITIES, LLC and Aramark, as well as Human Resources Manager at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. Roxanne began a career in management as Mountain Operations Manager II at Vail Resorts, overseeing multiple operations related to lift operations, guest services, and employee centers. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
