Samuel Grenier

Samuel Grenier serves as Vice-président and Directeur des opérations at Zoo de Granby, overseeing over 600 employees across multiple visitor services sectors, including aquatic park management and customer service operations. With a progressive career at the zoo, Samuel has also held positions such as Directeur Expérience client and Coordonnateur Services d'accueil. In addition to zoo management, Samuel co-founded Grenier et Soucy SENC, a consulting firm specializing in human resources and customer satisfaction. Samuel's expertise in workforce management is further supported by experience as an analyst at Solutions Compétences. Samuel holds a Master of Arts in Relations industrielles and additional degrees from Université Laval.
