Alyvonnetta Levarity

Alyvonnetta Levarity, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources. Alyvonnetta started their career as a Training Coordinator at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2000. From there, they moved on to Hutchison Port Holdings where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they joined Ross University School of Medicine as a Human Resources Administrator and later became the Assistant Business Operations Manager. Since 2013, Alyvonnetta has been working at Grand Bahama Power Company, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and gradually progressing to the roles of Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources.

Alyvonnetta Levarity, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of The Bahamas, which they completed from 2002 to 2013. In 2007 and 2008, they pursued a certification in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Computer Data Processing from the University of The Bahamas. Alyvonnetta Levarity completed their high school education at Sunland Lutheran School, earning a High School Diploma. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications as a Certified AI Specialist from AI Business School, obtained in October 2023, and as an SHRM-CP from SHRM, obtained in 2016.
