David Garvey has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. David started their career as a Chef with D'Amico Catering in 1987, and worked there until 1992. In 1996, they joined Cossetta as a Chef/Manager for a year. Since 1998, they have been with Grand Casino Hinckley, where they hold the role of VP of F&B.
David Garvey attended Brainerd High School from 1976 to 1978, where they pursued a general field of study. Following high school, from 1978 to 1979, they enrolled at St Cloud Culinary to receive chef training.
