Sue Ferri-Cook

Sue Ferri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community association management and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Director of Community Association Management at GrandManors since May 2023, Sue has held significant roles at KW Property Management and Consulting, and FirstService Residential Florida, where notable achievements include managing associations with thousands of residents, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, and achieving perfect scores in annual NPS surveys. Before transitioning to community management, Sue dedicated a decade to the Lee County Sheriff's Office in various roles, including Deputy Sheriff and Crime Analyst, where contributions included establishing collaborations for major crime investigations and supporting the formation of Florida's first Human Trafficking Unit.
