Elli Lobach

Elli Lobach is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience in multifamily residential and mixed-use projects. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President of Development at Grand Peaks since December 2015, Elli oversees all real estate development activities and manages the project pipeline from inception to completion. Prior professional experience includes roles at Holland Partner Group as Senior Development Manager, where nearly $250 million in projects were completed, and at Archstone as Acquisition Manager, where over $300 million in multifamily transactions were closed. Elli began a career in real estate development with the New York City Economic Development Corporation as a Project Manager and initially interned at AvalonBay Communities. An alumnus of Harvard University, Elli holds a Master's degree in Real Estate & Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
