Elizabeth Cowden

Elizabeth Cowden is an aspiring optometrist with a strong foundation in the healthcare field, currently working as an Optometric/Ophthalmic Technician at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology since May 2021. Elizabeth has developed significant expertise in performing diagnostic tests for eye diseases and efficiently preparing patients for consultations. Previous roles include Nursing Assistant and Filer of Patient Medical Records at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, where skills in patient care, organization, and confidentiality were honed. Additionally, experience as a babysitter, influenced by a background with a special needs sibling, has fostered patience and responsibility.
