Stephen F Baldridge

Stephen F Baldridge has a strong background in environmental law and policy. Stephen F is currently working as an Assistant General Counsel - Environmental at Grand River Dam Authority since January 2022. Before that, they served as Deputy General Counsel at the Office of Governor J. Kevin Stitt from February 2021 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Counsel to the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy & Environment at the Office of the Secretary of Energy & Environment from March 2019 to February 2021. Stephen F also gained valuable experience at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, where they held the position of Environmental Attorney I-IIIB from October 2012 to March 2019.

Stephen F Baldridge attended Oklahoma State University from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science & Economics. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended The University of Tulsa College of Law and obtained a Doctor of Law degree.
