Dorothy Smith has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Grand Sierra Resort since March 2013. Previously, Dorothy held the same position at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa for a brief period in February 2007 and worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Eldorado Resort Casino in Reno, NV from October 1997 to February 2007. Dorothy's educational background includes a certificate in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Truckee Meadows Community College (1992-1994) and the Career College of Northern Nevada in 2007.
