Karen Goforth

Karen Goforth has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Grand Sierra Resort since January 2020. Previously, Karen held the position of HR Director at Silver Legacy Resort Casino from October 2013 to January 2020 and at John Ascuaga's Nugget for a brief period in 2013. Prior to these roles, Karen was an HR Manager at The Applied Companies from April 2012 to July 2013, and served as HR Director at Silver Legacy Resort Casino from March 1995 to May 2012.
