Lilit Kamalyan has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Lilit started their career at Tropicana Las Vegas in 2014 as a Box Office Clerk before being promoted to Head Hostess in 2015. Lilit then joined Robert Irvine's Public House in 2017 as a Head Hostess before transitioning to Tropicana Las Vegas again in 2018, where they served as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and later as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In 2019, they joined Robert Irvine's Public House as a Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the General Manager at Grand Sierra Resort and then moved on to become the Assistant Director of Restaurants.

Lilit Kamalyan attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an Alcohol Awareness Card from TAM® of Nevada, a Cvent Supplier Network certification from Cvent, a Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District, a Meeting and Event Technology Certificate from EventMobi, a Microsoft Excel Certification from Microsoft Excel Training, Consulting and Software Design, and a Revinate Certification from Cornell University.
