Jack M. Cohen

Jack M. Cohen is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as Managing Director at ArrowMark Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jack has held multiple leadership positions, including CEO of Darkknight Ventures, LLC since December 2016, and Chief Innovation Officer at Stronghill Capital until July 2023. An experienced advisor, Jack contributes to several firms as an Advisory Board Member including Hillcrest Finance LLC and Ascot Enterprises. Jack's extensive background in commercial real estate includes serving as Vice Chairman of 3650 REIT and a long tenure as Chairman of Cohen Financial, where a successful career spanned from 1981 to 2015. Jack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Stanford University, complemented by an earlier Bachelor’s Degree from Claremont Men's College.
