Max Wang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as President and CEO of Grande Cache Coal LP since January 2013, Max previously held the position of Director of Engineering for Major Projects at Suncor Energy from August 2009 to January 2013. Prior to that, Max managed Discipline Engineering for Oil Sands Projects at Petro-Canada between April 2006 and July 2009. Max's career began at Bantrel Corp, where responsibilities included roles as Civil/Structural/Architectural Department Chief, Project Engineer, and Lead Engineer from February 1998 to April 2006. Max holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Calgary.
