Jon Regen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jon recently joined GrandLife Hotels in 2022 as an Entertainment Director. Prior to that, they worked for Vintage Vibe Electric Piano Company in 2021 as an Artist Relations specialist.
Jon also has a successful career in music. Since 2012, they have been a Singer/Songwriter & Pianist, releasing nine critically acclaimed albums and gaining recognition from major media outlets such as The New York Times, Rolling Stone, and NPR. In 2013, their instrumental album "Change Your Mind" reached Number One on the Billboard Charts.
In addition to their music career, Jon held the position of Music Director at The Roxy Bar NYC from 2021 to 2022. Jon also worked at Keyboard Magazine for over a decade, starting as an Editor at Large in 2007 and later becoming an Editor in 2017. At Keyboard Magazine, they conceived and created content for the digital edition, managed a team, and maintained strict production deadlines and budgets.
Jon has also contributed as a writer for The New York Times and Billboard, showcasing their expertise in the music industry.
Jon Regen holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Rutgers University, where they specialized in Jazz Piano Performance and minored in Creative Writing. Jon furthered their academic pursuits by earning another Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Miami, focusing on Studio Music and Jazz.
