Hakimi Pandak

Hakimi Pandak has a strong background in telecommunications and networking. Hakimi began their career as a Field Operations Engineer at Airzed Services Sdn. Bhd., where they were responsible for designing, testing, installing, and troubleshooting BTS, Point to Point, and backhaul connections. Hakimi also conducted research on lightning protection systems to minimize the risk of equipment damage.

Hakimi then joined YTL Communications Sdn Bhd as a Consultant, working on WiMax projects and providing in-building services and custom solutions. Hakimi Pandak obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, graduating in 2008. Additionally, they have gained certifications such as the Grandstream Certified Specialist - UC Solution from Grandstream Networks in April 2018. Other certifications include Communication & Network Security from Cybrary, Grandstream Certified Specialist - Network Solutions from Grandstream Networks, IDS/IPS from Cybrary, ITIL Foundation, and Metasploit.
