Michael Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael most recently worked as an ITSP Engagement Manager at Grandstream Networks since June 2022. Prior to that, Michael founded their own company called CoEngine in February 2022. Before becoming an entrepreneur, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at RevStar Consulting from November 2021 to June 2022. From October 2019 to December 2021, Michael worked as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at NIX United. Michael also had a tenure at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise, where they held roles such as Strategic Account Executive, Lead Enterprise Account Executive, and Enterprise Account Executive from December 2015 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Business Banking Officer II and Vice President at Bank of the West in 2017 and as a Business Banker at U.S. Bank from 2012 to 2015.

Michael Osborne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Southern New Hampshire University. Before obtaining their bachelor's degree, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Fire Science from Hennepin Technical College in 2012. Additionally, Michael has obtained several certifications, including "Miller Heiman- Conceptual Selling" from Miller Heiman Group in November 2016, "Art of the Proposal" from Sales Artists in February 2016, "Art of the Conversation" from Sales Artists in January 2016, and "Real ABC's of Relationship Selling" from Sales Artists in December 2015.
