Thiago de Almeida Lacerda

Thiago de Almeida Lacerda is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Gerente de TI at GranEnergia since January 2014, Thiago has held various roles including Coordenador de TI and Analista de TI Pleno, focusing on technical support, project implementation, backup, information security, and telecommunications to ensure the availability of IT services. Prior to this, Thiago worked at U&M Mineração e Construção S/A as Analista de Infraestrutura de TI Pleno, where responsibilities included technical support and infrastructure administration at both national and international levels. Thiago’s career began at T-Systems do Brasil and Ipasoft Tecnologia em Informática e Telecomunicações Ltda., where foundational technical support skills were developed. Thiago holds a degree in Ciências Econômicas from Instituto Vianna Júnior and a degree in Tecnologia da Informação from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
