Brent Hammer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brent Hammer started their career in 2003 at KPMG as an Assurance/Audit professional. In 2005, they moved to Grange Insurance as a Project Manager in the Finance department. Brent Hammer then joined NCR Corporation in 2009 as a Revenue Manager for the APAC region.

Returning to Grange Insurance in 2010, Brent held the position of Corporate Finance Manager for two years before transitioning to Integrity Insurance, an affiliate of Grange Insurance, in 2012. At Integrity Insurance, they served as the AVP - Controller & Treasurer.

In 2015, they returned to Grange Insurance, this time as the AVP - Controller & Financial Operations. Throughout their tenure at Grange Insurance, Brent's responsibilities grew, and they held various roles, including AVP - Innovation Officer and VP - Financial Planning & Business Partnership.

Most recently, Brent served as the VP - Innovation Officer at Grange Insurance, leading enterprise innovation initiatives. In this role, they were responsible for the Venture Studio, R&D Lab, Deal Flow, and Cultural Events/Design Thinking.

Brent also holds the designation of Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International.
