Carrie Browning

Carrie Browning has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carrie started their career in 2001 as a Recruiter at Spherion Staffing and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at Fairwinds Credit Union. In 2007, they joined The Waterfront Group as a Human Resource Manager and worked there until 2008.

Carrie then moved on to Safelite AutoGlass, where they worked as a Recruiting Manager from 2008 to 2010. Carrie was then promoted and became a Human Resource Business Partner covering the Midwest and Midsouth regions from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Carrie joined Grange Insurance as a Lead HR Business Partner, a role they held until 2020. Carrie then progressed to become the Benefits & Administration Manager from 2020 to 2021. After that, they became the Director of Benefits and Administration from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Carrie is serving as the Director of Benefits, HRIS & Data Analytics at Grange Insurance.
