Debbie Spencer

Debbie Spencer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and team leadership. Currently serving as Finance Director and Head of Finance at Granite Search & Selection since July 2016, Debbie oversees a team of four and manages critical financial functions including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and annual audit preparations. Prior to this role, Debbie held the position of Financial Controller at handle recruitment from March 2006 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of eight and ensuring effective month-end controls.
