Bruce Ndebanje is an experienced Research Assistant and Co-Investigator at MaineHealth since March 2020, with a background in clinical and medical assisting. Concurrently working at Granite Bay Care, Inc., Bruce supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral issues, accumulating over six years of experience in the mental health field. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship as a Medical Doctor at Université Catholique de Bukavu, where research focused on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on single parents in the United States, and clinical internships in neurology, psychiatry, and public health in Bukavu, DRC-Congo. Bruce holds a Master's in Public Health and a Bachelor's in Health Science from the University of Southern Maine, as well as various qualifications in health science and medical assisting from Southern Maine Community College.
