Youness Michael Almechatt

Youness Michael Almechatt has a diverse work experience in the field of residential and treatment support services. Youness Michael started their career in 2013 as a Residential Director at Justice Resource Institute, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. as a Program Director and remained in that role until 2017. In the same year, they joined The Lilac Center as a Residential Treatment Consultant, where they currently work. Additionally, in 2017, they joined The Arc of Opportunity in North Central Massachusetts as an Assistant Division Director and later progressed to the role of Division Director of Residential Supports. Youness Michael also served as a Division Director within the organization until 2019. In 2021, they joined Granite Recovery Centers in an Operations role.

From 1999 to 2002, Youness Michael Almechatt attended Salem State University, where they pursued a field of study in Computer Science.
