Eileen McCarthy has had a long and varied career in the corporate world. In 1982, they began their career as a Marketing Communications Coordinator for Kluber Lubrication North America. In 2005, they moved on to become an Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Vital Nutrients. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an Account Manager - Fundraising for Concord Litho. In 2009, they joined Concord Hospital Health System as Support Staff. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an International Customer Service Bibliographer for YBP Library Services. In 2014, they began working at Granite State Manufacturing as an Executive Assistant/Director of Administration and Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator. Eileen also worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Equipois, LLC in 2014.

Eileen McCarthy attended the University of Vermont from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. During 1981 and 1982, they studied German at the Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. Additionally, they hold a Print Production Professional certification from Print Communications Professionals International.
