Catalina Jimenez Velasquez

Catalina Jimenez Velasquez has a diverse range of work experience in finance and management. Catalina most recently served as the Director of Finance at Grant Cardone Enterprises starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Financial Controller at Invoke LLC from February 2019 to November 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they held the role of Financial Controller at VVIG Inc. Before that, they were the Financial Controller at Envirotek Realty from August 2013 to May 2015, where they were responsible for property management duties and financial management tasks. Catalina also has experience as the Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation Colombia from January 2012 to November 2013, focusing on management, financial projection, and operations. Additionally, they worked as the Financial and Administrative Manager - Controller at BEDIGITAL INC from June 2010 to December 2011, and as the Planning and Development Manager at American Express from January 2003 to December 2004.

Catalina Jimenez Velasquez has a diverse education background. Catalina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from COLEGIO DE ESTUDIOS SUPERIORES DE ADMINISTRACION -CESA in 2007. In 2003 and 2004, they completed a major course in Cash flow and financial projections and Financial Budget at COLEGIO DE ESTUDIOS SUPERIORES DE ADMINISTRACION (CESA). Catalina then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, and Financial Management from Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2017.

In 2010 to 2012, Catalina attended the University of Edinburgh Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Later, in 2022, they obtained a Python certification from the University of Michigan and an SQL certification from Skillup.

Additionally, Catalina earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in December 2022 from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution. Catalina is continually enhancing their knowledge and expertise through various educational programs and certifications.
