Jordan Johnson

Jordan Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked at Grant Street Group, first as an HR Coordinator, then as a Business Analyst, and eventually as an Operations Analyst. In 2021, they became an Operations Manager, leading a department and spearheading learning and development initiatives. They also served as a Business Analyst and System Implementation Lead, collaborating with clients and resolving complex software and business problems. Prior to their time at Grant Street Group, Jordan worked as Front of House Staff at the Pittsburgh Public Theater and held various roles at the University of Pittsburgh, including Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Peer Advisor.

Jordan Johnson attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics, Communication, and Rhetoric. Additionally, Jordan has obtained certifications in SQL Programming Basics and Instructional Design for Learning and Development from Udemy, as well as certifications in OKR Foundations and OKR Leadership from Ally.io, a Microsoft Company.
