Lilit Gevorgyan has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and organizational development. Lilit is currently employed as a Human Capital Advisory Director at Grant Thornton Armenia. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Lecturer at Yerevan State University and as a Corporate Trainer at skill.am. Lilit also served as the Chief HR and Organizational Development Officer at AMX | Armenia Securities Exchange and Central Depository.
Additionally, Lilit has held positions such as the Development and HR Director at Breavis, Organizational Development Manager/HR Business partner at Ucom LLC, and Internal Communications Coordinator at Orange Armenia. Lilit has experience in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, internal communication, and organizational change management.
Lilit also co-owned ecoPUB, where they gained experience in entrepreneurship. Lilit'swork experience spans from 2009 to the present, demonstrating their commitment and expertise in the field of human resources and organizational development.
Lilit Gevorgyan has a diverse education history. Lilit obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Yerevan State University in 2005. Lilit then pursued a Master's degree in Sociology from the same university and completed it in 2007. Following that, they attended Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 2008 to 2010, where they earned another Master's degree, this time in European Studies/European Integration and Regionalism.
In 2017, they obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include completing courses such as "Applications of Everyday Leadership" and "Foundations of Everyday Leadership" from Coursera, as well as "Finance for Non-Finance Professionals" from the same platform. Lilit also completed a course titled "An Entire MBA in one course" from Udemy.
Currently, Lilit Gevorgyan is pursuing an Executive MBA from both the University of Strasbourg and the University of York. Lilit'sprogram is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2025.
