Lilit Martirosyan, SPHRi, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent position being the People and Culture Manager at Grant Thornton Armenia since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Cascade People & Business, where they held multiple roles including HR Operations Specialist from 2016 to 2019, and HR Assistant from 2012 to 2016.

Lilit Martirosyan, SPHRi, holds a Master's degree in Migration and Conflict Studies from Yerevan State University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics at The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lilit Martirosyan has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2019.
