George Pirlis

George Pirlis is a Senior Partner & Head of Outsourcing in Grant Thornton Greece and brings multiple years of professional experience. George has graduated the Department of Business Administration at the University of Piraeus.

During his career, George has rendered accounting and tax services to numerous Greek and foreign entities from almost all the business segments, such as commercial enterprises, industries, banks, telecommunications, shipping companies, etc. He specializes in entities start-up design and implementation, accounting reorganizations, transformations and costing tools applications.

He is the Lead Partner for projects concerning the provision of Payroll and HR outsourced services. These projects are partner-led, meaning that there is partner involvement through all the stages of the project. By being engaged into and leading such projects, Mr. Pirlis has acquired the expertise in the transition and pre-implementation procedures that are followed to ensure the best way to transition from in-house to outsourced services.
