Emme Tarigan

Emme Tarigan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Human Capital Director at Grant Thornton Indonesia since May 2022, Emme has previously held significant roles including Head of Human Resources at Marclan International and Human Resources Specialist at Nova Asset Management. Emme's career spans over a decade, notably as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at TAUZIA Hotel Management, where oversight included HR operations for 60 hotels and a workforce of 5,000 employees. Emme's academic pursuits include a Master of Psychology in Applied Psychology from the University of Indonesia, after obtaining a Diploma IV in Tourism Management from Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung.
