Stefan Popelier

Stefan Popelier is a seasoned professional in the pension advisory sector, currently serving as the General Manager of PensioenOrde, the leading national representation of pension advisors in the Netherlands, since May 2024. Prior to this role, Stefan held the position of Manager Tax at Grant Thornton Netherlands starting in February 2023, and worked as a Consultant Retirement Analyst at Mercer Nederland B.V. from September 2018 to January 2023. With extensive experience spanning various roles in the pension industry, including positions at Kandoor.nl, Popelier Pensioenadvies, and Robeco, Stefan has continually contributed to enhancing pension communication and client services. Stefan's educational background includes a BA in International General Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and multiple certifications in pension advisory.
