Justin Tence has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Justin began their career in 2014 as a Product and Process Development Co-op Student at Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors, where they operated CNC machines, assisted with mold changes, and supported process development trials. In 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer Co-op at Stellar Materials. Following that, they joined COLLECTIVE ARTS BREWING as a Retail Sales Representative, where they served alcoholic beverages, completed transactions, and maintained customer relationships. In 2016, they worked as a Project Engineer Co-op at CGC Inc., leading projects and designing new piping layouts. Justin then joined Conestoga Cold Storage in 2017 as a PLC Programmer. Currently, they are working at Grantek as an Intermediate Control Systems Designer and Project Manager.
Justin Tence pursued their education starting in 2009 at St. Brother Andre Catholic High School, where they completed their secondary education. From 2012 to 2016, they attended McMaster University, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Process Automation Engineering. Alongside their academic studies, in November 2015, Justin obtained a Smart Serve Certification from The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
