A. Lewis Howard

A. Lewis Howard serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer at Mitigation and Resilience Strategies (MRS), LLC, since November 2016. MRS focuses on developing holistic, renewable, and self-sustaining solutions aimed at enhancing community resilience and energy efficiency. Additionally, A. Lewis Howard works as a PA/HM Project Manager at GrantWorks, Inc. and has been a Principal at Turnkey DMS since August 2011, providing Disaster Management consulting services. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Task Force Lead at FEMA from August 2008 to August 2011, where A. Lewis Howard managed Public Assistance recovery personnel and oversaw federal infrastructure grant processes. Education was completed at the WVU Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993.
