Fred Marques

Fred Marques began their career in 2001 as an Intern at A-HAND Laboratory. In 2002, they joined CI&T as a Senior Software Consultant. In 2005, they took on the role of Software Developer at DESIS XXI. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at the Controladoria-Geral da União as a Control and Financial Controller - Information Technology, and then moved to the Câmara dos Deputados as a Client Relationship Manager. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Software Development Team Leader at the Senado Federal. In 2016, they became a Cofounder & CTO at Grão Direto, where they led a technology team of 40+ engineers and was responsible for linking the global company strategy with technology efforts.

Fred Marques began their educational journey in 1999, when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Fred then went on to pursue further studies in 2011, obtaining a Graduate Studies degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidade Candido Mendes. In 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Public Administration from UniCesumar, as well as a Graduate Studies degree in Information Technology Governance from Uniasselvi - Centro Universitário Leonardo da Vinci. In 2015, they obtained the AIIM ECM Practitioner certification from AIIM International.
