Anthony Pergola

Anthony Pergola is a Partner and Vice Chair of the Tech Group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where Anthony has worked since 1995, focusing on venture capital and startup companies. As a Partner at First Close Partners, Anthony supports venture funds led by underrepresented managers. Anthony is also the Founder of GrapeArborVC, an investor in seed and angel stage companies, and served as an Advisor for First Growth Venture Network, fostering growth in nascent tech businesses. Additionally, Anthony was a Founding Board Member of AngelVineVC, an angel investing group aiding early-stage companies. Anthony holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Science/History from Saint Peter's University.
