Justyna Agnieszka Markowska

Justyna Agnieszka Markowska has a diverse work experience in the field of quality management and software testing. Justyna Agnieszka started their career in 2013 as a .NET Programmer intern at SMT Software Services, where they developed web applications and worked with SQL Server databases. In 2014, they joined MAXTO Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. as a Software Tester, where they created and executed manual tests and collaborated with developers.

In 2015, Justyna joined Grape Up as a Software Tester, where they had close cooperation with the development and testing teams. Justyna Agnieszka prepared and executed test cases on multiple platforms and maintained daily communication with developers. Justyna Agnieszka then advanced to the role of QA Team Lead in 2016, where they planned and coordinated testing activities, conducted interviews, provided training, and evaluated the performance of QA members.

In 2018, they took on the position of Quality Manager at Grape Up, where they developed quality control processes, supervised staff, and ensured production standards were met. In addition, they trained new Quality Consultant employees.

Starting in 2019, Justyna also became a Software Testing Trainer at Software Development Academy. Their role involves delivering training in software testing.

Furthermore, Justyna has served as a Mentor at Girls Code Fun, where they provided guidance and support to aspiring coders from October 2015 to August 2016.

Justyna Agnieszka Markowska completed their education at the Bialystok University of Technology. From 2010 to 2014, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Informatics. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Informatics from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certification in ISTQB Foundation Level in November 2015.
