Sabina Staszczyk

Sabina Staszczyk has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sabina started their career as an HR Trainee at Grupa Onet.pl SA in 2008 and later worked as an HR Manager (contract for substitution) from July 2010 to August 2012. Sabina returned to Grupa Onet.pl SA in January 2014 as an HR Business Partner until August 2015.

In 2013, Sabina worked as an HR Specialist at Intersnack Poland Sp. z o.o., where they managed various HR projects and performed personnel services tasks. From September 2015 to February 2018, Sabina served as the Head of HR at DreamLab.

Sabina joined Grape Up in 2018 and took on various roles within the company. Sabina started as an HR Manager from March 2018 to May 2018. In June 2018, they became a People Operations Manager responsible for managing and facilitating cultural transformation, implementing personnel policies, and building and managing the People Operations team. From January 2020 to May 2022, Sabina held the position of Head of People & Culture at Grape Up. Sabina was responsible for working with the board of directors and line managers on people issues, developing managerial competencies, and implementing HR systems. Currently, they are serving as the People & Culture Group Director at Grape Up.

In 2022, Sabina also had a role as the Head of People & Culture at Addepto from June 2022 to December 2022.

Sabina Staszczyk began their education journey in 2005 at Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology. Following this, they embarked on a Ph.D. program at the same institution, specializing in Psychology and continuing their studies until 2017.
