Yusuf Sait Canbaz has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and scientific research.

In 2015, they completed a summer internship at etgigrup, where they gained experience in developing basic mobile apps using Xamarin, as well as working with JavaScript and Angular.js.

The following year, in 2016, Yusuf undertook a summer internship at Fraunhofer IIS, where they developed an extension for ZEN software using C# and C++/CLI. This extension integrated image processing libraries to analyze images of lamella microscope slides.

In 2017, Yusuf joined etgigrup as a Software Engineer, where they worked with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Firebase Real-time Database, and Angular.js. Yusuf Sait specifically developed an AngularJS real-time chat module using Firebase Real-time Database.

From 2018 to 2019, Yusuf worked at Sestek as an R&D Engineer. Here, they gained experience as a full-stack web developer, working with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and various other technologies. Yusuf Sait resolved numerous bugs related to back-end, front-end, and databases.

In 2019, Yusuf joined the i-Vis Research Lab at Bilkent as a Scientific Research Engineer. Their role included working on building highly-customizable, generic, and modular graph visualization tools. Yusuf Sait worked with technologies such as Graph Visualization, Cytoscape.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Neo4j, JanusGraph, Java, Graph Database, Cypher Query Language, Heroku, Git, and Docker.

Currently, Yusuf is working as a Software Engineer at GraphAware, starting in 2022.

Yusuf Sait Canbaz completed their education at Bilkent University. Yusuf Sait earned a Bachelor's degree in Bilgisayar Mühendisliği (Computer Engineering) from 2012 to 2017. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from 2018 to 2021 at the same university. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including the "Graph Data Modeling Fundamentals," "Importing CSV Data into Neo4j," and "Introduction to Neo4j Graph Data Science" from Neo4j in September 2022. In February 2020, they acquired the "Hash Code 2020 Online Qualification Round" certification from Google. Moreover, Yusuf completed several online courses and certifications through platforms like Coursera and Udacity, covering topics such as data science, algorithms, machine learning, programming, computer networks, and more.
