Helen Byrne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helen began their career in 2009 as a Maths Teacher at Teach First, where they developed strong communication and organizational skills. In 2012, they joined ICAP as a Technical Sales and Business Development professional, working closely with traders to manage market risks. Helen then transitioned to the field of research and engineering, joining Graphcore in 2018 as a Research Engineer, where they conducted extensive research in distributed machine learning and presented their findings at conferences.
